The Alameda Marina offers office space ranging from 100 to 10,000 square feet. Many of our office spaces have wonderful water views of the surrounding Alameda harbor and the skyline of the Oakland Hills. Businesses are also attracted to our office spaces because of the tranquil, yet secure, feeling inside the Alameda Marina’s 42-acre secure boundaries. We offer free no-hassle parking for our tenants as well as competitive lease rates.


Our warehouse spaces are also diverse in their makeup. Some buildings are pre-WWII construction with massive wooden beams and open truss ceilings. Most warehouse spaces enjoy large roll up doors, and all are equipped with ample power for heavy machinery and equipment users (110 to 480 volts, 3-phase and single-phase, delta surface). Businesses are attracted to our warehouse spaces because of the flexibility we offer in usage of the buildings, as well as our competitive lease rates.


Many of our tenants tell us that it is difficult to find economically priced, multi-use industrial space in Alameda and the greater Bay Area. Our multi-use industrial spaces include ample square footage areas for commercial and industrial applications, as well as interior office space areas (many equipped with shower stalls for cleanup). The entire complex is gated, and nighttime access is monitored to provide a safe environment. We do not offer work-live spaces.
