We offer free no-hassle parking for our tenants as well as competitive lease rates.

WAREHOUSE SPACE

Our warehouse spaces are also diverse in their makeup. Some buildings are pre-WWII construction with massive wooden beams and open truss ceilings. Most spaces enjoy large roll up doors, and all are equipped with ample power for heavy machinery and equipment users (110 to 480 volts, 3-phase and single-phase, delta surface). MULTI-USE SPACE
